Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads that you receive immediately, please read this policy before you buy.

Digital downloads

When you complete your purchase, you agree that your download begins straight away and that, once it has started, your statutory right to cancel within 14 days no longer applies. For this reason, we don’t normally offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.

When we will help

• You didn’t receive your download link, or the file won’t open.
• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• Your purchase was made by mistake and the file has not been downloaded.

In these cases, email hello@fitcoachforwomen.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order email address, and we’ll put it right with a replacement or a refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 working days to appear.
